Job summary

Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and to ensure efficient processing on the sales floor. You will engage customers, maintain a clean environment, and model exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise correctly.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods.
• Maintain stocking, backroom organization, and signage standards.
• Support safety, labor, and recycle/hazard programs as required.
