Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Associate for TJ Maxx in Rocklin, CA. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, and work with a team to maintain a clean, organized store.

You will train Associates, manage backroom organization, and support in-store operations while adhering to safety and labor policies. Night and weekend shifts are required when necessary, and a strong team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards for store efficiency.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagged, hung, secured, and coded merchandise.
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
