TJ Maxx, a division of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking an early-career retail associate to assist with receiving, merchandising, and customer service at the Rolla store. You will help ensure smooth stock flow, proper tagging, and a clean environment while supporting team goals and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to keep stock flow efficient.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise to sales floor.
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth operation and priorities.
• Protects labor policies and promotes safety in the backroom and sales floor.
• Supports store shrink reduction programs and loyalty initiatives.
