Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a diligent team member at our Cherry Hill, NJ location to execute receiving and merchandising tasks while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll help maintain a clean, organized store and train Associates on processes to ensure smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in leadership, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded and communicates priorities to the team.
• Support store goals including shrink reduction, safety, and compliance with policies.
