Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an employee for TJ Maxx stores in North Haven, CT to support receiving and merchandising operations. You will ensure efficient processing, provide outstanding customer service, and help keep the store organized and clean.

Qualifications

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced store environment.
Team player, able to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
Maintain excellent customer experience through engagement and store organization.
Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded and flows to the sales floor.
