You will help train associates, organize back stock, and ensure accurate tagging, pricing, and signage. Flexibility to work nights/weekends is required; prior retail and leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep a clean, organized store.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging and pricing.
• Collaborate with management to improve store efficiency.
