Job summary

Marshalls in USA Marshalls Store 0427 Saugus MA is hiring for an Associate in Stores Operations. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure a positive customer experience, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Starting pay ranges from $17.25 to $17.75 per hour, with benefits described by TJX.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep store organized and efficient.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods to the floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Rotate back stock for replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction goals.
