Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintains a clean store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Maintains back stock organization for replenishment.
• Upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Maintains backroom cleanliness and safety standards.
