Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise and ensure clean backroom area.
