Sam’s Club Weslaco is opening a brand-new club and seeking reliable, detail‑oriented teammates to help launch operations from day one. As a founding associate in Weslaco, you will help shape inventory flow, support receiving and backroom processes, and contribute to a culture of excellence for members.

• Conduct safety checks and report unsafe conditions to management.

Keep Operations Moving Behind the Scenes

As a Backroom Associate at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring products are received, processed, and moved to the sales floor efficiently. Your work helps maintain inventory accuracy, reduce shrink, and ensure members have access to the products they need.

In this role, you’ll spend your day receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, maintaining backroom operations, and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring safety and accuracy in every task.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Forklift Certification OR will obtain a Forklift Certification within 30 days of job entry date.
