Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for an experienced backhoe operator and/or excavation operator. Selected candidate will work within Bartley's residential excavation department or commercial concrete division depending on skill set.

Pay range is $18-$32 per hour. Bartley Corporation is based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and has a long history in concrete construction with over 200 employees. We offer health insurance, 401K, paid vacations, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating a backhoe and digging for concrete footings.
• Foundations digging; skid loader, mini excavator, track hoe, track loader and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans and operate a laser.
• Class B or Class A driver’s license a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with concrete footings/walls is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Operate backhoe and excavation equipment on residential or commercial sites.
• Dig foundations and prepare concrete footings.
• Read blueprints and follow construction plans.
• Operate related heavy equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety on site and report issues promptly.
