Responsibilities

• Reviews applications for completeness and requests additional information as needed.
• Conducts background interviews and collects required documentation.
• Performs background investigations using discretion, reviews records, and interviews references.
• Handles follow-up investigations and discrepancy interviews; summarizes progress for review.
• Maintains records and prepares background investigation reports for hiring managers.
