You will review e-App packets, initiate background investigations, and manage data entry and case files, collaborating with applicants for clarifications.

The role involves coordinating with employers and customers, ensuring accurate security documentation, and handling clerical tasks within our HHS program

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing e-App forms and initiating background investigations.
• Assist applicants with correcting and completing personnel security documents.
• Assist customers with e-App submissions and coordinate fingerprint appointments if required.

Responsibilities

• Review completed e-App forms and related documents for initiation of background investigations.
• Assist applicants with correcting personnel security documents.
• Assist customers with e-App submissions and entries into HHS PSC personnel security databases; coordinate fingerprint appointments if required.
• Review personnel security documents to ensure accurate processing.
• Support communication between employers, customers, and investigation subjects.
