Position Overview:
Silco is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Backflow Technician. This role involves accurately testing, diagnosing, and resolving backflow-related issues in the field. Candidates must either hold a current Ohio backflow license or have a minimum of five years of experience in the fire sprinkler or plumbing trades. Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

Compensation:
Compensation ranges from $60,000 - $90,000+ per year based on experience and productivity. Silco has annual compensation raises based on merit.
