Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Tech Lead for GraphAware to own core platform layers and shape the technical direction of our knowledge-graph analytics engine. You will work with a world-class team across Europe, driving scalability, security, and performance of Neo4j-backed solutions.

• Deep, hands-on Neo4j expertise, including Cypher performance optimization and ecosystem familiarity.
• Modelled real domains as property graphs and can reason about nodes, relationships, labels and properties.
• Track record of leading architecture and technical direction for a team or product area.

Responsibilities

• Own core parts of the GraphAware Hume platform layer and shape cross-cutting design decisions.
• Drive platform architecture, test new releases, and plan scalable migrations.
• Mentor engineers and translate long-term product goals into scalable technical roadmaps.
