In this role, you will:

1. Design, build, and maintain backend services in Go and Javascript/Typescript frameworks
2. Develop systems that ingest, transform, and synchronize data across SaaS APIs
3. Maintain data integrity, reliability, and traceability across complex sync scenarios
4. Work directly with CRM, ERP, and SaaS APIs to develop robust, flexible integrations
5. Own technical solutions end-to-end—architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment
6. Document your systems thoroughly, supporting both internal stakeholders and external users
7. Contribute to a collaborative, agile development process with a high degree of autonomy
8. Identify and implement best practices in system design, testing, and deployment

Attributes we're looking for:

1. 5+ years of backend development experience
2. Proficient in Go and Javascript/Typescript frameworks, with experience building scalable services and APIs
3. Deep understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication flows, and webhooks
4. Experience with data modeling and databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.)
5. Experience in systems that handle integrations, sync, or workflow automation
6. Bonus: Experience with machine learning, AI-powered automation, or data classification systems
7. Appreciation for clean code, testing, documentation, and clear process
8. Big-picture thinker with strong architectural instincts: you balance pragmatism with vision, designing elegant systems while navigating legacy complexity and future scalability
9. Resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and chart a clear technical path
