Job summary

Quevera is seeking a Backend Software Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role offers telework up to 16 hours per week and requires a strong foundation in backend software development, Agile practices, and secure software engineering.

You will develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications, collaborate across engineering and mission stakeholders, and contribute to design, testing, and documentation

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer on similar programs.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend software applications based on documented requirements.
• Support design, implementation, and integration of backend components.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to software design and performance improvements.
• Debug existing software, resolve defects, and implement enhancements.
• Support test procedures for software components; generate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle.
