Job summary

Lentech, Inc. seeks an experienced Application Engineer (Backend) to develop, test, deploy, and sustain REST endpoints and microservices using Python with Django or Flask. You will work with MariaDB or MongoDB to manage data models and deliver JSON to UI front ends.

The role requires active TS.SCI w/FSP through MD and 8+ years in backend development, with Docker, REST, and microservices experience. Cloud exposure and Jira/Confluence are desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and sustain Python-based REST endpoints, microservices, and data model management using Django and Flask to interact with data models in MariaDB or MongoDB, sending JSON to UI front ends.
• Provide middleware and backend support to all system applications.
