Qualifications

• 2+ years of Python and Django development experience.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Django.
• Experience with PHP.
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, AWS and deploying at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions.
• Analyze requirements and customize applications for optimal functionality.
• Support software updates and roll-outs of releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Work with QA to ensure the software meets specs and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in applications and systems.
• Monitor trends to inform project strategies and product offerings.
• Deliver training to operational staff for internal apps.
• Demonstrate independent judgment and discretion in meaningful decisions.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
• Be able to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
