We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Python Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in deploying SaaS and on-premises technology solutions. Initially, you will manage a small team of remote developers. With successful fundraising, there is an opportunity to transition into a project management-focused role.

Role responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
2. Implement and deploy SaaS and on-premises solutions ensuring high performance and reliability.
