Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement backend infrastructure for secure, scalable AI platforms
• Build BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) and Multi-Single Tenant capabilities for regulated enterprise environments
• Develop features and integrations for large-scale SaaS/AI deployments
• Maintain and optimize Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Helm Charts, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and CI/CD systems (Argo/Flux)
• Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and security teams to ship production features quickly and securely
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for backend and infrastructure development

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of backend and infrastructure engineering experience
• Proven track record in startups scaling from 110, ideally in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, government)
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js
• AppSec and cybersecurity fundamentals baked into engineering approach
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Argo, Flux)
• Clear motivation for joining an early-stage, high-growth AI company
