About The Role

Software Engineers at Gr4vy collaborate across product, engineering, design, and other stakeholders. We operate in short two-week sprints, regularly sharing, reflecting, and iterating on our work.

Our platform primarily uses Python with the FastAPI framework, along with React and Typescript for frontend development. We emphasize testing—unit, integration, and acceptance—to guide our design and maintain quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute actively to team projects and adhere to best coding practices.
2. Be open to learning new design patterns for backend development.
3. Influence your immediate team’s tasks and priorities.
4. Collaborate with the product manager to understand project requirements.
5. Work with support from senior engineers to understand problems and solutions.
6. Review pull requests from peers to learn different implementation approaches.
