Job summary

BTI360 is seeking a software engineer in Chantilly, Virginia, to develop production applications in a Lean Agile environment. Responsibilities include building backend services using Java and Spring Boot, participating in design discussions, and leveraging modern deployment tools. Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance (Secret or higher) or ability to obtain one.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable software in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Build mission-critical production applications focused on data discovery and analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, implement, and test backend services and APIs for production applications.
