Job summary

SBT Global is seeking mid-level Backend Developers to support CCDI operations and development in Irvine, CA. You will work on CI/CD pipelines, MSA deployments, and backend integration with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis.

The role requires strong English communication and bilingual capability in Korean/English, with responsibilities spanning Kafka-based event streaming, on-call production support, and system monitoring. This position is on-site in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Experience in Java and Python development.
• Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL database integration.
• Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD environments.
• Experience with MSA-based systems.
• Backend development and production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate CI/CD pipelines (Kubernetes, MSA deployment & release management).
• CCDI core backend development and system enhancements.
• Database integration with PG, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Kafka event streaming (consumer/producer development and optimization).
• Support EAI and database migration (BLODS, PKTMS, TODS).
• Provide production on-call support (average 10.8 hours/day operational coverage).
• System monitoring, incident response, and KUS VOC support.
• Code review and QA governance.
