Job summary

Conversion AI in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the core engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and resilient platform services that power our go-to-market workflows.

You will work on CI/CD, observability, deploy tooling, and internal platforms, with a startup mindset and ownership from day one. In-person, five days a week, collaborating with engineers across the stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building cloud infrastructure and platform systems at fast-growing companies.
• Shipped and operated systems relied on by other engineers, including CI/CD and observability.
• Startup mindset with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Go, Kafka, Temporal, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Improve and scale infrastructure supporting terabytes of data.
• Develop CI/CD, observability, and deploy tooling.
• Build internal developer tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with product engineers to ship features faster.
