Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers, focusing on backend system design and performance.

• Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to define technical requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee code quality, code reviews, QA processes, and monitoring of production systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and help them grow technically and professionally.
• Champion best practices in backend development, including database design and distributed systems.
• Manage and prioritize tasks within an Agile team to meet milestones.
• Ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend systems to optimize user experience.
