Job summary

GhostEye is building an automated social engineer platform and seeks a backend-focused engineer to turn capabilities into complete product workflows. You will coordinate calls and messages, manage campaign execution, connect services, and expose results to the product team.

You will collaborate with product and frontend engineers to define service behavior, resolve integration issues, and drive projects to production. The role requires clear design notes and robust failure handling.

Qualifications

• Production services experience in TypeScript or Rust across multiple services.
• Strong concurrency, asynchronous execution, API design and data modeling.
• Experience with AWS deployments and cloud infrastructure.
• Methodical debugging across services, networks and external providers.
• Good judgment on permissions, fault recovery and operational complexity.

Responsibilities

• Build backend workflows connecting campaign configuration, scheduling, execution and results.
• Develop phone and SMS systems, routing, delivery status, recording and integrations.
• Manage state, cancellations, retries and recovery for long running ops.
• Implement event processing for duplicates, delays and out-of-order events.
• Provide services for scoped accounts, sessions and downstream access checks.
• Ensure authorization, tenant isolation, AWS deployments and monitoring.
