Job summary

Krea in San Francisco is seeking a backend engineer to own systems end-to-end across the SvelteKit app, Postgres, Redis, ClickHouse, Python services, and Kubernetes clusters. You’ll shape design, implement, monitor, and run production-grade infrastructure.

We value first-principles engineering over specific languages. Candidates with 4–8 years of experience, ability to navigate across the stack, and clear communication will fit well.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning production systems end-to-end, including design, monitoring, metrics, and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own backend systems end-to-end across SvelteKit app, Python services, and data layer (Postgres, Redis, ClickHouse).
• Design, implement, and operate production-grade infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters across cloud providers.
• Collaborate across teams to evolve APIs, audit logs, and entitlements for enterprise readiness.
