Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently with ownership.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving to fix root issues.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate across engineering, product, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features end-to-end in production.
• Collaborate closely with founders, PMs, Sales and CS to understand product requirements and trade-offs.
• Take ownership of your work with a strong attention to detail and a bias toward getting things done.
• Contribute across the full stack with a lean toward backend and distributed systems as you grow your depth.
• Learn fast, ask good questions, and raise the bar.
