Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать backend‑сервисы на Python (FastAPI)

• Создавать и поддерживать MCP‑серверы для сторонних агентов ИИ

Описание: SplitMetrics is a global software company offering an ecosystem of products and services that serve as a growth engine for top mobile-first businesses worldwide. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) who will join our team.

Задачи:

• Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI)
• Implement async job execution and status tracking (Redis/Celery/Kafka)
• Integrate with LLM services (internal & external)
• Build and maintain external MCP servers that expose our platform to third‑party AI agents and clients
• Develop ETL pipelines and ensure data quality across ingestion, transformation, and storage
• Ensure stability, observability, and cost‑efficient inference

Требования:

• 5+ years Python backend experience
• Strong FastAPI experience
• Solid PostgreSQL + S3 (or equivalents)
• Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka)
• Production experience integrating with microservices: long‑running jobs, retries, failure handling
• Solid hands‑on experience with agentic AI: building MCP servers, implementing agents, and working with various LLMs and other generative models
• Genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI and keeping up with how the field evolves
• Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting)
• Experience in cross‑functional teams (frontend, ML)
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes
