Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional backend software engineering.
• Experience with Python and/or Go/Rust.
• Experience with statically typed languages such as Go, Rust, Java, C++, or C#.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, APIs).
• AWS: ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs on AWS.
• Develop production-grade software using Python, Rust, Go, or similar languages.
• Build reliable, highly available distributed systems.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and service-to-service integrations.
• Work across application, infrastructure, and cloud layers to solve problems.
• Diagnose performance, networking, reliability, and production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and deployment processes.
