Qualifications

• Advanced Python proficiency with production-grade code quality.
• RESTful API development experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs
• MongoDB and Redis expertise - comfortable working with both document and in-memory data stores
• Distributed systems & multi-threading knowledge - strong experience with event driven architectures, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Pub Sub.
• Interest in LLMs and generative AI - familiarity with how language models are integrated into applications
• Problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend logic for data processing, integration workflows, and agentic AI orchestration
• Create and maintain efficient database schemas (MongoDB, Redis) with a focus on data integrity and security
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs that enable seamless communication between frontend, backend, and third-party integrations (Datasite, Grata, etc.)
