Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Back-End Engineer to design, build, and operate data infrastructure powering our AI-driven knowledge platform. You will architect APIs, build data pipelines, manage multi-modal databases, and ensure reliability and performance for internal teams.

You will work across the data and service layer, including ingestion, transformation, storage, retrieval, and scalable vector storage in cloud environments. This hybrid role requires office presence and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with Knowledge Graph data hydration and ontology-based mapping (RDF, SPARQL).
• 3+ years in graph databases and related tooling.
• 3+ years Python/Java for automation and REST API services.

Responsibilities

• Hydrate structured data into Knowledge Graphs by mapping sources to ontology models.
• Develop data mapping and transformation workflows (R2RML or equivalents).
• Write and optimize SPARQL for graph loading, validation and retrieval.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from enterprise systems.
• Design and optimize relational schemas to support graph hydration and ETL workflows.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain vector DB infrastructure for embedding storage and retrieval.
