Job summary

Moss is seeking Mid-level Backend Engineers in Warsaw to join multiple teams. You will partner with product/design teams to build scalable backend services, define APIs, and ensure quality with comprehensive tests. The role emphasizes collaboration, reliable delivery, and rapid growth within a supportive culture.

You will work on microservices, stay aligned with product goals, and contribute to performance monitoring and rollout planning in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Backend engineer with end-to-end project experience.
• Proficient in Java and Spring, with microservices and API design knowledge.
• Experience in testing approaches and libraries; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development: lead the development of the application aligned with product requirements.
• Collaborative planning with PMs/designers to understand vision and goals.
• Frontend collaboration to define APIs and frontend functionality.
• Testing and quality assurance with unit and end-to-end tests.
• Rollout planning and performance monitoring with product teams.
