Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional backend engineering experience with Python or Go.
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Ability to balance technical craft with business impact to deliver value quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
