• Strong technical proficiency and ability to design scalable services.
• Adaptability in a dynamic startup environment and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of software you design, develop, test and release.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product owners to deliver great products.
• Architect resilient, scalable components using our patterns.
• Develop features on the JVM stack and write tests for reliability.
• Review PRs daily and mentor teammates, including juniors.
• Deploy new features to production daily via CI/CD.
• Be on call occasionally and share knowledge across the team.
• Contribute to Architecture Decision Records with new ideas.
