Job summary

Set of X is seeking a backend developer to support a large-scale project that designs, implements, deploys, and tunes large graph datasets to power visualizations of customer mission impact. You will collaborate with analysts, operators, and software engineers to build and maintain evolving datasets.

Requirements include expert Java and C#, Gradle or Maven, Docker/Kubernetes, and Git; desirable Neo4j experience, graph data modeling, and high-performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical discipline or 4+ years with related experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Backend development for large-scale data systems and graph databases.

Responsibilities

• Create new datasets to store into an existing platform.
• Build various extract/transform/load services.
• Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and shape the solution.
• Write efficient graph retrieval and analytic traversal queries.
• Collaborate with analysts, operators, and software engineers to maintain datasets.
