Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience designing and building backend platforms.
• Strong experience with multithreading, non-blocking IO, HTTP and REST APIs.
• Understanding REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, SAML, WSDL.
• Expert level skills in Core Java + Spring.
• Working experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of concurrency, scalability and fault tolerant designs.
• Experience building high performing, scalable backend components.
• Performance improvement techniques and caching solutions.
• Advocate for performance optimization, automation, and tests.
• Excellent debugging and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
