Cambio is a software platform for real estate decarbonization. We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to build, help teammates do their best work, and have fun doing it.

You will launch customer-facing features by building Django backend services and continuously optimize performance to deliver a faster user experience. You’ll collaborate with teammates to reduce technical debt, improve tooling, and ship high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to simplify complex problems
• Strong Python web development experience (Django)
• Solid CS fundamentals and algorithms
• Excellent debugging and research skills
• Understanding of trade-offs and YAGNI principle
