Job summary

MetAntz is seed-stage and building a runtime between AI agents and the systems they touch. You will own a major surface area from day one, including the real-time entity graph, the integrations layer with Okta and AWS, and the policy/audit APIs that decide and justify agent calls.

Join a small, customer-focused team led by repeat founders; the role offers meaningful founding-team equity and a base salary in the $170k–$200k range, with a hybrid work model in San Jose.

Qualifications

• Built and operated backend systems that real customers depended on.
• Comfortable designing data models under ambiguity — graph experience is a plus.
• Turn vague problems into simple, reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own a major surface area from day one.
• Develop the entity graph for real-time modeling of users, agents, resources, and actions.
• Build the integrations layer to sync with Okta, AWS, and other identity/cloud stacks.
• Create policy and audit APIs that decide if an agent can make a call and prove it later.
