Qualifications

• 3–10 years of backend experience.
• Strong data structures & algorithms fundamentals.
• Background in SaaS/fintech preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems.
• Build large-scale distributed systems for complex financial workflows.
• Own end-to-end feature development from design to production.
