Cambio AI Inc. is seeking a Backend Engineer to build customer-facing Django services and help teammates do their best work in a fast-paced startup.

You will optimize performance, reduce tech debt, and ship features end-to-end with urgency and craft; this in-person role is based in the United States or Canada with occasional travel. The role

We're looking for a Backend Engineer to build, help teammates do their best work, and have fun doing it.

What you bring

• Independent problem simplification skills

• Experienced in Python web development (Django & Ninja is a bonus)

• Solid grasp of computer science and algorithm fundamentals

• Exceptional research & debugging skills

• Understanding of technical trade-offs and the YAGNI principle
