Job summary

Verita AI in San Francisco is seeking a backend engineer to build and scale our core platform. This role works in office Monday–Friday 9-5 to strengthen APIs, databases, and system reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You should have 6+ years of experience with Django and Node.js, distributed systems, and high-volume platforms. We offer equity, an Health Insurance Stipend, and a competitive base salary commensurate with experience.

Verita AI is building a job matching platform that connects domain experts with high-paying data training opportunities at the world's leading AI labs. We are looking for a backend engineer to help us build and scale Verita’s core platform, strengthen backend services, APIs, databases, system reliability, and platform scalability. This person should have a strong backend development experience with APIs, databases, cloud systems, and scalable application architecture.
