Job summary

Calvert Systems is seeking a Back End Developer to support USSTRATCOM operations from Offutt AFB, NE. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and US citizenship required. You will work with REST interfaces, JSON, SQL, and O365 to automate workflows and integrate data sources into dashboards.

You will design and troubleshoot backend services, manage classified network security, and train users on new applications, communicating complex concepts to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience with O365, JavaScript, Python, JSON/JSONP, REST calls, SQL.
• 3 years of experience with web design using Notepad++, SharePoint Designer or similar programs.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio is a plus.
• Ability to create workflows and web-based forms using XSLT,XSL-FO, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python, shell scripting, and/or node.js.
• 3 years' exposure and experience with DoD Data Security Management practices on classified networks.
• Security+ certification highly desired, but may substitute equivalent experience for the right candidate.
• Ability to demonstrate data integration from 2 or more sources into a single location with dashboard with filter and search features.

Responsibilities

• Build and conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and requirements to improve processes and applications to increase information sharing and collaboration among geographically separated organizations.
• Use analysis, problem solving, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues associated with individual web development efforts, web page rendering, latency and authentication/access issues.
• Administer web services for information management and knowledge management functions using Microsoft Office365 suite of applications.
• Train and educate customer base on existing, newly established, and implemented applications, to include documentation such as training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and flowcharts.
• Use technology to streamline unique business processes for the overall benefit of an organization. Demonstrated experience with Information Management (IM) / KM intelligence tools, processes, and activities is highly desired
