Job summary

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a Salesforce Developer for our Macedonia, OH office. This hybrid role combines Salesforce administration and development to streamline processes, automate tasks, and uphold data integrity.

You will work across teams to tailor Salesforce to evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Salesforce admin and development, with required Salesforce Admin certification and preferences for App Builder/Developer I certs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I certifications highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation tools such as Flows and Validation Rules.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Hands-on experience with data management, SOQL, SOSL, and troubleshooting API or middleware integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
