Its self-custody wallet enables users to access open networks and manage their finances. Phantom supports Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin, with a focus on a unified, multi-chain crypto experience.

• Design, maintain, and evolve backend services and APIs connecting Phantom Cash to blockchains
• Balance reliability, quality, and speed across backend systems
• Communicate across pods and document work rigorously
• Raise the engineering bar through execution and mentorship
• Make Phantom Cash dependable, seamless, and ready to scale

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Take a pragmatic, results-focused approach centered on user impact
• Anticipate problems and drive features to completion without waiting for perfect specifications
• Communicate clearly, explain complexity simply, and solve problems pragmaticallyExperience with Node.js / NestJS at scale and event-driven design, including queues, retries, and idempotency
• Knowledge of REST API architecture, including versioning, pagination, error models, authentication, and rate limiting
• Understand client-server architecture, state management trade-offs, and latency budgets
• Understand distributed systems fundamentals, including concurrency, ordering, retries, and data consistency
• Будет плюсом: Kubernetes, AWS operations, CI/CD, observability, on-call ownership, a strong interest in crypto, hands-on crypto or fintech experience, smart-contract and protocol knowledge, blockchain integration experience (Solana preferred, EVM acceptable), and experience shipping high-quality products in mature, high-bar engineering organizations
