You’ll focus on back-end systems with an eye toward reliability, security, and scalable API integration, while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes robust data processing, fault-tolerant design, and evolving data models to support cost optimization for employers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years using structured software development processes.
• Hands-on Node.js and Next.js/React experience.
• Proficient in SQL and Postgres ORM tooling.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive UIs.
• OAuth experience a plus.
