Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC hires a Software Engineer (Back-end, API, Python) to work in Fort Meade, MD vicinity. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client needs.

The role centers on back-end development with an emphasis on APIs. Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and several years of SWE experience including IT applications and API work. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Two (2) years experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Four (4) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery is required.

• Develop, maintain and enhance software systems per requirements.
• Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements.
• Provide input on system design including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS usage.
