devlogic is a seed-stage fintech startup based in New York City, looking for a backend engineer to help build their innovative product at the intersection of AI and institutional investing. You'll be among the first engineers and work closely with the CTO.

The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in backend systems, strong TypeScript skills, and knowledge of LLM-backed workflows. This position offers a hybrid working setup with a competitive salary and equity options.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience owning backend systems end-to-end.
• Strong TypeScript skills; Python knowledge is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with LLM workflows like RAG and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs for data ingestion.
• Manage the AI pipeline including inference and recommendations.
• Create evaluation infrastructure to ensure model accuracy.
• Make architectural decisions for future development.
