The Back Waiter / Server Assistant plays a vital role in delivering a seamless, elevated dining experience. This position supports the service team through precision, anticipation, and attention to detail, ensuring every table is executed with excellence. Core Responsibilities

• Support Servers and Captains to ensure fluid, well‑paced service throughout the dining room
• Assist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and re‑marking with precision
• Execute food running, beverage support, and guest assistance as directed
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in all service areas
• Anticipate guest and service team needs to enhance the overall dining experience
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team to support service flow
• Uphold all service standards, procedures, and presentation expectations
